Our Estate Manager sub-committee is headed up
by:
Chris Grimmett
Ably assisted by Vince Allkins and Paul Meredith
Point of contact for externally supplied services to the Club (electric,
gas, sewage disposal, insurance etc), point of contact for local landowners
and Authorities, to manage and work with Cottage Warden in matters of maintenance,
safety checks and compliance around the cottages and looking after boundaries
and fences. Chris will also develop a User Manual for the cottages, and
the Duty Officer Instructions.
